Single room with large single bed in city centre apartment, close to city centre sights and gay area. Within walking distance of attractions etc. Internet access. No parking. Light breakfast available. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Very close to the Edinburgh College of Art, University of Edinburgh, theatres and Meadows. On 2nd floor with elevator. Host speaks English, Danish and French. Parking not available, only metered parking.

John is a good host who has a good-sized clean room and provides a good breakfast. He was gracious enough to allow me to let the bank post something to his address before I arrived a few days later. His home is centrally located and within walking distance of most places of interest. I would be happy to stay there again and would recommend John and his accommodation.

I have had some beautiful days in Edinburgh and I felt very comfortable. All was very clean with a lovely hist. The room is in a modern building and you can reach the historic centre by walking.

This was my second time staying at John's home. The room is very comfortable with T.V and hospitality tray. Bathroom is very nice with good shower. The flat is very convenient for sightseeing. I was able to walk everywhere. Will definitely book again for my next visit to Edinburgh.

Very good location in a very clean and modern apartment. Most important sight seeing are in the walking distance.
John is a very kind, social and helpful host giving you all information and suggestions that you need for discovering the beautiful Edinburgh.
I strongly recommend his apartment for an enjoyble stay in the city center.
I shall definitely stay again in his flat.

Very helpful, hospitable host, who immediately made me feel at home, provided useful local knowledge, choices for breakfast and kindly let me pick up my case later. Newly installed flat screen TV in the bedroom. Great central but quiet location, all main sights in easy walking distance, otherwise on several bus routes. Very comfortable bed. A great host and a very enjoyable stay. Many thanks again!

This is my 2nd stay with John who was an engaging host. The flat is quite central and a few stops on the 27 bus gets you into princess street and a good base for visiting the Edinburgh Fringe Until the next time
